Throughout my journey to recover from childhood emotional and sexual abuse, I have found many different methods of healing to be more effective than in-person therapy.
One of them was the Fabian strategy applied to therapy, as covered by Kerth Barker in his book “Mental Liberation in the Age of Mind Control”. Kerth was trafficked into child prostitution by a cabal of powerful occult members, and his seven-book series detail the satanic ritual abuse he suffered at the hands of his perpetrators (one of which was his grandfather).
Whether or not you believe that satanic ritual abuse exists, Kerth’s book is worth a read if you are trying to heal emotional scars.
He shared in his book the method of therapy that a team of elite therapists had developed to help people heal from multiple personality disorder and associated trauma that came from their MK Ultra/Project Monarch abuse.Kerth termed this method “Fabian therapy” in reference to the military strategy by which one wins through the use of wearing down opponents instead of employing frontal assaults.
It was a very fascinating read since the trauma of satanic ritual abuse victims was often too daunting for traditional therapists to treat successfully. If the method worked for them, I knew it could work for a lot of other people who have suffered less trauma.
One of the key tenets of Fabian therapy was that people heal best when they are in a state of contentment. That’s when the body’s innate healing capacities are activated, and they heal naturally over time.
It’s a very different approach from therapy that asks people to confront their past in a very direct way because many of these MK Ultra victims had such traumatic childhoods that confronting the past might lead to more severe PTSD.
So Fabian therapy works to first heal the memory field, then to have people focus on the happy moments that they are grateful for in their lives. To do this, you are encouraged to keep a daily dream journal, a gratitude journal, and to analyze your happy memories on a regular basis.
The dream journal consists of a one-sentence description of a dream you had. You can write more if you’d like, but the important thing is that you practice the recall of the dream and what happened. This helps to prevent psychic attacks from occult members because it practices the skill of bringing conscious awareness to your subconscious dream world.
It also helps to strengthen your memory and brainpower.
The gratitude journal is a list of things you’re grateful for each day. One of the toughest things that trauma victims have to deal with is to feel grateful for life because so many terrible things have happened to them in the past. But when a person doesn’t feel grateful, it blocks their ability to be happy and content. This in turn blocks them from attracting more favorable circumstances in life.
So a gratitude journal isn’t simply to honor God, it is essential to healing and achieving your goals.
The happy memory analysis is a deep sensory analysis of a time when you were completely happy without underlying mixed feelings. It can be a nice day at the beach or a party that was really fun.
You write down what happened and the smell, tastes (if any), textures, temperature, level of humidity that you experienced. The sensory description is important because it helps you to dig deep into your memory to recall things that your whole body experienced. This strengthens both your memory recall function and your mind-body connection.
Strengthening the mind-body connection and the memory recall function will increase the ease with which your subconscious and conscious mind communicate with one another. This will lead to repressed memories coming up on their own when you are ready to process the event.
The focus on happy memories helps you to remember the good times in your life and will help to build a sense of contentment and stability in yourself. It is this stability and happiness that will help to heal you naturally. And when you are sufficiently happy and stable, your subconscious mind will release to your conscious mind any repressed memories and grief that need processing.
Once this happens, you’ll be ready and able to handle these difficult memories because you’ve already built a strong foundation of happiness, gratitude, and a strengthened mind-body/conscious-subconscious connection.
I’ve been trying this out, and must say that it is a heck of a lot more enjoyable than having to dig deep for painful memories. And I’ve been a lot happier and more grateful for life through using this method.
So if you’ve got depression, anxiety, trauma, or just overall numbness inside, give Fabian therapy a try. It might just make you happier.
